Yeah...that didn't last too long...

My last post was in June...and I said I was hanging up the blog.  Well that has gone out the window!  The blog is back.  I just have so much free time that I need something else to keep up with besides MySpace, TM, my normal email, planning for school, and chasing my kid.  So we will see how this goes.......

We are still here!

In case anyone was wondering, we haven't fallen off the face of the earth.....yet :)  Balin has was sick and I was sick this week.  As for the week before, Ryan and I have been busy playing on our new computer... A MACBOOK.... and getting the townhouse set up for wireless connections.  So that has been keeping us very busy.  Balin has a birthday party this afternoon and I am sure I will be taking some new pictures while we are there....I will post them as soon as I can...

The Virginia Zoo in Norfolk...water edition

At the Virginia Zoo in Norfolk they have a place for the kids to play in the water. Balin thought it was great. At first he was a little scared of the water coming up out of the ground like it does, it is like a fountain. But he slowly got over that fear and was having a great time. Look out Water Country....here we come!

Bluebird Gap Saturday

This past Saturday was a very nice day here in Virginia. We decided to take Balin to Bluebird Gap Farm. Balin decided that he wasn't scared of the pony and just stuck his hand right on out there!
Balin had to get right up at the fence so that he could see the ducks and geese. At one point we had to take him back from the fence because he animals were coming towards him. I have a problem with geese.....I got bitten by one when I was little....but old enough to remember!
